East Gate is designated for individuals who are 62 years of age or older. The building has 40 one-bedroom apartments. The rent for the one-bedroom apartments ranges between $559 and $630. All utilities are included in the rent, and we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance, on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. This community is considered independent living.

There are ten units with rental assistance; for which you must apply through the Cumberland County Housing Authority. Applications for non-rental assistance units are available at the office by phone.
