CDBG Applications Soon Closing
Applications are available for both Carlisle Borough- and County-level grants until March 15th, 2023. While there are projections, the final grant amounts will be confirmed once allocation formulas are announced by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These grants are allocated to both Carlisle Borough and Cumberland County by HUD but are administered through the Authorities. Therefore, the Authorities will make funding recommendations to Borough Council and County Commissioners.
Interested applicants may request an application package complete with guidelines and definitions. One application package must be completed for each project proposal. CDBG funds may be used for a wide variety of community development projects, including housing.
