HOME ARP Allocation Plan Development and Program Design
The Redevelopment Authority of Cumberland County (RACC) is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors for the preparation and submission of the Allocation Plan for Cumberland County’s HOME ARP to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as, program design and application development.
Timelines are as follows: (1) Proposals accepted by RACC until 4:00 P.M., Friday, July 1, 2022; (2) Contract awarded o/a July 21, 2022; (3) Work begins immediately after award of contract; (4) Initial draft submitted by contractor by January 25, 2023; (5) final report submitted by contractor no later than February 27, 2023.
