INVITATION TO BID - Roof Replacement Project
‘Roof Replacement Project’ 301 N. Pitt Street – Carlisle, PA for the Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland
The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland will receive bids for work that consists of ‘complete roof system tear-off and replacement with fiberglass asphalt
shingles; removal and replacement of aluminum gutters and downspouts; installation of gutter-guard system; and related work as required for roof replacement.
Sealed Proposals will be received, during normal business hours, at Pennbid.net until 10:30 a.m., prevailing time, on the September 15th, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The awards of the Contracts will be made by the Housing Authority or all bids rejected within 30 days after the bids are opened.
