The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland hereby give public notice of their intent to utilize competitive negotiation procedures for the procurement of a Fee Accountant for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 for Public Housing and Section 8 programs.
A copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained at www.cchra.com or by emailing mkuna@cchra.com. The Authorities solicit and encourage Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) participation in all of their contracts.
Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria in this Request for Proposals and the accountant whose proposal is most advantageous to the Authority will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation.
