First-Time Homebuyer Workshop Registration

Please Note:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to attend. We are unable to accommodate children under 18 years of age. If you have young children, please make separate arrangements for their care during workshop dates/times.
• Registration is required. Your registration is not complete until the Housing Counselor confirms receipt of your forms. Please make every effort to complete your registration as soon as possible — space is limited, and we cannot guarantee your spot without a confirmation.
• If you plan to attend the workshop with a partner, spouse, or other adult in your household, both individuals must each complete and submit individual registration forms.
• If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, please make arrangements to reschedule or cancel your registration.
• Registration for the April 2026 workshop will close on April 17th, 2026 at 12:00 PM Noon.

Required Documents:

Before you begin your registration, please have the following documents ready to upload:

• Copy of Driver’s License or other government-issued photo ID.

• Optional: Completed copy of PHFA’s 3-in-1 Disclosure Form (See below). This is a required form, however you may complete it at the workshop. We will plan to discuss this form in full. If you have questions regarding this form, you may ask them at the workshop, or contact our Housing Counselor for additional information.
