First-Time Homebuyer Workshop Registration

Please Note:

• You must be a first-time homebuyer, and 18 years of age or older to attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under 18 years of age. If you have young children, please make separate arrangements for their care during workshop dates/times.
• Registration is required. Your registration is not complete until the Housing Counselor confirms receipt of your forms. Please make every effort to complete your registration as soon as possible — space is limited, and we cannot guarantee your spot without a confirmation.
• If you plan to attend the workshop with a partner, spouse, or other adult in your household, both individuals must each complete and submit individual registration forms.
• If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, please make arrangements to reschedule or cancel your registration.
• Registration for the June 2026 workshop will close on June 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM Noon.
• If you have difficulty with our online registration form, please email jclagett@cchra.com. You may also download a copy to print below. Please return completed forms to jclagett@cchra.com, fax to (717) 249-4071, or drop them off at our main office during normal business hours.

Before you begin your registration, please have the following documents ready to upload:

• Copy of Driver’s License or other government-issued photo ID.
• PHFA’s 3-in-1 Form (Optional Upload) This form is required, but you may choose to complete it at the workshop.
