The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities offer several RFPs and RFQs to local contractors in areas such as construction and rehabilitation, professional services, housing inspection, and more. All items follow local and federal law and requirements, and contractors must do so as well.

RFP – Auditing Services
The Housing and Redevelopment Authorities of the County of Cumberland (Authorities) are soliciting proposals from firms qualified, responsible and willing to provide the following services in compliance with all solicitation specifications and requirements contained or referenced herein. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Monday April 1, 2024.
The Authorities hereby give public notice of their intent to utilize competitive negotiation procedures for the procurement of agency-wide audit services for fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, 2025 and 2026 in compliance with the Single Audit Act of 1984, as amended and OMB Circular A-133. We are requesting a fixed fee quotation for a two-year engagement with possible additional year.

RFP – Asset Repositioning Consultant
NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID PROPOSALS – The Housing Authority of Cumberland County, PA, is requesting proposals from consultants to assist with the repositioning of public housing in two phases. The first phase will be to assist in determining the feasibility of options available for repositioning of public housing assets. If repositioning is determined to be feasible, the second phase will be to assist with the conversion. Copies of the RFP are available at www.cchra.com or by emailing Mary Kuna, mkuna@cchra.com.
