Cumberland County is accepting letters of intent to apply for the FY 2026 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program. This program is to assist organizations in helping the homeless regain stability in permanent housing through Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, and Homelessness Prevention.
