RACC Land Bank

The purpose of Redevelopment Authority of the County of Cumberland (RACC) Land Bank will be to effectively facilitate the return of blighted and abandoned properties to productive reuse through creative leadership that engages key partners to leverage a variety of resources.

The RACC Land Bank is a public entity authorized by state law and created pursuant to a County of Cumberland Ordinance.

Meeting Dates:
Redevelopment Authority of the County of Cumberland Land Bank will meet at 114 N Hanover St. Carlisle at 12:00 p.m. for their quarterly Board Meetings on the following dates: 3/9/2023, 6/8/2023, 9/14/2023, 12/14/2023.
