Public Hearing Notice: Cumberland County PY26 Annual Action Plan

Public notice is hereby given that the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the County’s 2026 Annual Action Plan.

The public hearing will be held at the date, time, and location as follows:

Date: Wednesday, July 15th, 2026

Time: 1:30 PM

Location: Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle, PA 17013

Cumberland County is a federal entitlement community under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’ (HUD) CDBG Program. As a HUD entitlement community, the County is required under 24CFR Section 91.115 to prepare an Annual Action Plan. These plans are designed to help the County assess its affordable housing and community development needs and market conditions, and to make data-driven, place-based investment decisions. In addition, they specify how the County’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds allocated from HUD are spent as well as the ways we can further fair housing throughout the County.
