Program year 2026 CDBG awardees have been announced as of July 15th, 2026, following the close of the 30-day public comment period. The list of awardees and their approved activities is as follows:

Borough of Mechanicsburg – Code Enforcement – $40,000
Borough of Mechanicsburg – Finkenbinder Park Pavilion – $110,000
Borough of Shippensburg – Code Enforcement – $37,000
Borough of Shippensburg – Police Patrols – $19,200*
Central PA Family Support Services – Intensive Therapeutic Case Management Support Services – $30,400*
Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry Counties – Supportive Services – $24,000*
East Pennsboro Township – ADA Ramp Replacements Phase 4 – $125,000
Kareem’s Mission – ADA Accessibility and Safety Upgrades – $50,000
Lemoyne Borough – Memorial Park Improvements – $110,000
Little Steps Early Learning Center LLC – Playground Installation Phase 2 – $55,000
New Cumberland Borough – ADA Ramp Replacements – $125,000
New Hope Ministries – Workforce Development and Stability Program – $10,000*
Safe Harbour – Emergency Shelter – $34,000*

*An asterisk denotes a Public Services activity. Due to the high volume of Public Services applications, each eligible Public Services activity was funded at 45% of their ask.
