RFP – Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME)

The Redevelopment Authority of Cumberland County (RACC) is seeking proposals from entities working on developing more affordable housing. HOME funds are to be used for the following: new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of single-family or multifamily housing.

Funding is available up to $855,968.82 with additional grants for the next 8 applicants to assist keeping more housing affordable.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling bases until all funds have been allocated.
