Communications and Development Coordinator

This position requires a minimum or a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in communications and fundraising, excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and experience in events planning and donor relations are a must. Responsibilities include developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet CCHRA’s goals; donor relations and management; identifying and researching grant opportunities; working with key staff to create storytelling content; planning and executing events; and acting as CCHRA’s spokesperson when appropriate to other organizations and media outlets. This position can utilize a mixture of remote and in-person work as approved by supervisors.

Pay: Beginning at $40,000/year


Schedule: Monday – Friday, typical working hours, some flexibility allowed.

Maintenance Technician

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency, vocation training in the building trades and/or direct experience and working knowledge of electric, plumbing, carpentry, appliance and heating repair. A current, valid driver’s license and use of a reliable vehicle is necessary to travel between sites. Responsibilities include minor maintenance repairs to buildings; preventative maintenance; preparation of turnover units; snow/ice removal; grounds keeping/landscaping; frequent handling of objects weighing up to 80 pounds. Willingness to work as part of a rotating “on-call” team involving weekends and holidays is mandatory.

Pay: $20 – $23 per hour
