FISCAL YEAR 2024 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Programs

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, June 13^th, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., the Borough of Carlisle and the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, will hold a meeting to solicit input on needs and funding priorities related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs for the program year 2024 Annual Action Plan.

The Community Needs hearing will be conducted by the Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority (CCRA) via Zoom and in person at 114 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. Email mkitchen@cchra.com for the link to the meeting at least 72 hours in advance. The public is invited to comment on the community development needs of Carlisle Borough and Cumberland County. Public comment will be taken until final action is taken on the Annual Action Plan.
