Community Development

The Redevelopment Authority’s Community Development Division administers programs that benefit our municipal partners—boroughs and townships—as well as the business community. Working with our community partners, the Authority has earned statewide, regional and national honors for its work on streetscapes, master planning and development projects, multi-municipal and revitalization initiatives.
