Cumberland County is accepting letters of intent to apply for the FY 2025 Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) program. This program is to assist organizations in helping the homeless regain stability in permanent housing through Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, and Homelessness Prevention.
