PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – Cumberland County Emergency Solutions Grant PY25 Application

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 1:00PM at CCHRA Cumberland Connection, 219 N. Pitt St, Carlisle, PA 17013 to solicit input on the application for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) prior to the presentation to the County of Cumberland Commissioners and submission to PA Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED).

Organizations submitted a letter of intent to apply by June 23, 2025. Those who submitted a letter are applying in the categories of Street Outreach, Homelessness Prevention, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, and Admin Cost.
