Public Family Housing Waiting List to Reopen in May

The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, plans to accept online applications for Public Housing starting on May 4, 2026, at 7:30 am EST at which time you can access the online application at https://www.pha-web.com/portals/onlineApplication/2095 or https://cchra.com/ and enter an application at any time of day or night. We will accept only a single application from any one household, so submitting multiple applications will not increase your chances of receiving housing assistance. Only the first application submitted per household will be considered. Please note that you will be required to create an account and have a valid email address in order to submit an application.

Anyone interested in applying that does not have access to a computer and the online application is encouraged to apply at your local library or CCHRA offices at 114 N Hanover St. Carlisle PA 17013.
