HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a full-time Human Resources Manager responsible for development and administration of human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, safety and compliance. The qualified candidate should be a motivated and detail oriented professional. Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a bachelor’s degree or 4-5 years of full range human resources experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Resume deadline July 15, 2020. Maintenance/Construction Director

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a full-time Maintenance and Construction Director responsible for all maintenance functions at sites owned and/or managed by CCHRA. This position is responsible for supervising, planning and directing maintenance staff and all contracted maintenance services, including Labor Compliance, Section 3 Compliance, Procurement Contracts, Housing & Commercial Rehabilitation and Homeownership projects. Although the position is not intended to be a working supervisor, the candidate may need to do some hands on work and shall possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in general maintenance, including specific training or experience in HVAC, plumbing, woodworking, tile setting, roofing, kitchen equipment, carpentry refrigeration, electrical and grounds maintenance. Computer skills as well as administration and supervisory experience are required. Minimum of high school graduate is required; must be able to read blueprints, sketches and technical manuals and have knowledge of building codes. Deadline to apply is July 1, 2020. Supportive Services Coordinator

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) are seeking a part-time, approximately 20 hrs/wk, Supportive Services Coordinator to provide case management and coordinate supportive services to residents of multiple tax credit buildings on the West Shore. Looking for a self-motivated, caring individual to help connect seniors, families and/or persons with mental health disabilities to local agencies to help meet their needs. A degree in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in casework, preparing service plans and management of varied caseload and case management. Knowledge of agencies, services and resources in the community is preferred. Individual must have proficient computer skills; a valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - TAX CREDIT RESIDENT MANAGER - PART TIME - PERRY COUNTY

Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a part-time (18 hrs/wk) Resident Manager for Tax Credit properties in Perry County (Newport and Loysville). Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to travel between sites. Looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience in property management and fair housing is helpful to handle the normal management duties, including but not limited to lease-up, rent collections, rent calculations, ongoing tenant related and reporting functions. Minimum of high school graduate is required, but an Associate’s Degree is preferred.

MAINTENANCE LABORER

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Laborer with duties in Cumberland and Perry Counties. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to; cleaning of office areas, laundry rooms and vacant rental units; keeping sites free of trash/debris; mowing, weeding, mulching and planting; snow/ice removal; painting; assisting Maintenance Technicians as needed. This position requires education sufficient to read, write and basic math skills and the ability to handle objects up to 80 pounds.
