Human Resources Manager

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a full-time "hands on" Human Resources Manager responsible for development and administration of human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, safety and compliance. The qualified candidate should be a motivated and detail oriented professional. Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a bachelor’s degree or 4-5 years of full range human resources experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Salary range is DOQ.
