Supportive Services Coordinator

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) are seeking a full-time, 37.50 hours/week, Supportive Services Coordinator to provide case management and coordinate supportive services to residents of multiple buildings in the West Shore and Carlisle areas. Looking for a self-motivated, caring individual to help connect seniors, families, veterans and/or persons with mental health disabilities to local agencies to help meet their needs. A degree in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in casework, preparing service plans and management of varied caseload and case management. Knowledge of affordable housing, local agencies, services and resources in the community is preferred. Previous experience in working with elderly, and mixed populations is a plus. Individual must have proficient computer skills; a valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Homeless & Special Needs Housing Case Manager

Homelss & Special Needs Housing Case Manager

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) is seeking a qualified Housing Case Manager. This position provides housing-focused case management and coordinates supportive services to homeless, disabled participants by coordinating referrals from outside agencies, as well as identifying and addressing barriers to long-term housing.

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position which includes paid vacation and sick leave.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred. Direct case management experience is preferred. College experience can be substituted by three or more years of satisfactory employment in social work experience in management, housing, or social work with seniors and/or disabled persons.

Resident Manager Tax Credit

Full Job Description

The Housing and Redevelopment Authorities of Cumberland County is seeking a full-time Resident Manager for multiple Tax Credit properties in Perry County (Senior/Disabled clients in Newport and Loysville). Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to travel between sites. Responsibilities include lease-up, rent collections, rent calculations, ongoing tenant related and reporting functions. Knowledge and experience in Tax Credit Housing Affordable housing programs is a plus. Experience in property management and fair housing is desired, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Minimum of high school graduate is required, but an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
