Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a part-time (18 hrs/wk) Resident Manager for Tax Credit properties in the Perry County (Newport and Loysville). Knowledge and experience in Tax Credit Housing or other subsidized housing programs as well as knowledge of Onesite Realpage and Excel software is preferred. Experience in property management and fair housing is desired, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to travel between sites. Responsibilities include all normal management duties, including but not limited to lease-up, rent collections, rent calculations, ongoing tenant related and reporting functions. Minimum of high school graduate is required, but an Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) seek a part-time, approximately 20 hrs/wk, Supportive Services Coordinator to provide case management and coordinate supportive services to residents of multiple tax credit buildings on the West Shore. Looking for a self-motivated, caring individual to help connect seniors and/or persons with mental health disabilities to local agencies to help meet their needs. A degree in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in casework, preparing service plans and management of varied caseload and case management. Knowledge of agencies, services and resources in the community is preferred. Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a detail oriented, organized individual to work with limited supervision as a full time (37.5 hours per week) Housing Programs Specialist to administer and implement homeownership and residential rehabilitation programs conducted by the Authority and non-profit organizations with which the CCHRA is contracted. An understanding of lending, real estate transactions and income qualification is preferred. Current PHFA and/or HUD Certified Housing Counselor or the willingness to acquire certification through Authority paid training within a reasonable time after hire is required. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and the willingness to work approximately two evenings a month to conduct Homebuyer Workshops off-site is required. LHOT (Local Housing OptionsTeam) Program Manager

Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seek a full time, motivated and dedicated individual to lead and facilitate a team to advance communitywide goals to reduce and prevent homelessness and to provide affordable housing options in Cumberland County. This is an expanded position in which we envision a leader to help coordinate a robust housing system for Cumberland County in which cross-sector partners in government, philanthropy, business and the nonprofit sector will work together to address homelessness.

A college degree in business, health, psychology or similar field is strongly preferred but may be substituted for with three or more years work in a health, housing, human services, social work or related field. Experience in securing grants, donations and sponsorships is preferred. Understanding of affordable housing and homelessness policy, practice and funding is preferred. Will be required to generate or manage social media and represent the agency in community and regional meetings.

Must possess a driver’s license and have a clean driving record. Use of reliable, personal vehicle is required to travel between sites.
