The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) are seeking a part-time (24 hrs/wk) Resident Manager for multiple Tax Credit properties in the Carlisle area. Must have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation to travel between sites. Responsibilities include all normal management duties, including but not limited to lease-up, rent collections rent calculations, ongoing tenant related and reporting functions. Knowledge and experience in Tax Credit Housing or other subsidized housing programs as well as knowledge of Onesite Realpage software is preferred. Experience in property management and fair housing is desired, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an Associate's Degree is preferred.

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authority seeks a part-time (approximately 26.5 hrs/wk) Supportive Services Coordinator to provide case management and coordinate supportive services to residents of multiple tax credit buildings in Enola (seniors or persons with mental health disabilities). The candidate should possess a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in either Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and at least one year experience in casework principles and practices used in the preparation of service plans and management of varied caseload and case management, along with knowledge of agencies, services and resources in the community. Individual must have proficient computer skills; experience using Word, Excel and/or Publisher software a plus. A valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
