Maintenance/Construction Director

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities seeks a full-time Maintenance and Construction Director responsible for all maintenance functions at sites owned and/or managed by CCHRA. This position is responsible for supervising, planning and directing maintenance staff and all contracted maintenance services, including Labor Compliance, Section 3 Compliance, Procurement Contracts, Housing & Commercial Rehabilitation and Homeownership projects. Although the position is not intended to be a working supervisor, the candidate may need to do some hands on work and shall possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in general maintenance, including specific training or experience in HVAC, plumbing, woodworking, tile setting, roofing, kitchen equipment, carpentry refrigeration, electrical and grounds maintenance. Computer skills as well as administration and supervisory experience are required. Minimum of high school graduate is required; must be able to read blueprints, sketches and technical manuals and have knowledge of building codes.

Intake Assistant - Part Time

The candidate is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and gathering the necessary documents and information to complete an application. Executive Assistant

Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director, the Boards of Directors of the Authorities, and the Executive Team and managing office operations. This position will report to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include providing calendar management to the Executive Director, acting as the liaison, and providing support to the Board of Directors and affiliated Boards, completing various administrative tasks, and managing all aspects of the organization’s office services.
