Resident Manager - Tax Credit

Property Management - Tax Credit Resident Manager

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) seek a full-time Resident Manager for multiple Tax Credit properties in the Carlisle and Enola areas. Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to travel between sites. Looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience in property management and fair housing is helpful to handle the normal management duties, including but not limited to, lease-up, rent collections, rent calculations, ongoing tenant related and reporting functions. Minimum of high school graduate is required, but an Associate’s Degree is preferred. Resume deadline October 29, 2019.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION/REPORTING SPECIALIST

Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) seek a highly organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated individual to maintain the information and reporting processes for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, and other state and federally funded programs. The Information/Reporting Specialist will set-up, fund and change activities in HUD’s Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) and track accomplishment data and create reports.

Experience in IDIS is preferred. Candidate must be computer literate and have a strong knowledge of Excel and Word. Some direct experience with federal programs (CDBG, HOME, etc.) is preferred. Good personal and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to deal with the general public is required.
