The Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, presents the Cumberland County First-Time Homebuyer’s Workshop. This workshop meets one of the requirements of and provides information for Cumberland County’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program; Tri-County HDC homebuyer programs; HUD and PHFA loan products; and USDA Rural Development loan products. Workshop topics include:

The three class dates for December 2024 are as follows:
Classes are free. However, you MUST register and MUST attend all three classes to get your certificate of completion. Classes are only held in person and will not be broadcast online. Due to our limited space, children will not be allowed to accompany you in classes. Please inform us if your scheduling needs change once register; a no-call no-show will result in a two month penalty period, during which you may not reschedule for classes. You will not be considered registered until the Counselor reaches out to confirm your attendance.
