Brethren House is designated for individuals who have Mental Health-Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (MHIDD). This community is considered independent living.

All utilities are included in the rent and we offer 24 hour emergency maintenance service, on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. Residents pay 30% of their monthly adjusted income in rent.
