Notice of Office Closure

To Our Valued Community Partners,

The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities are pleased to announce that we are upgrading to a new and improved software system designed to enhance the administration of our Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs. This upgrade will streamline our operations, improve communication, and allow us to better serve our residents, landlords, and partner agencies.

To complete the installation and provide comprehensive staff training, our offices will be temporarily closed on the following dates:

Main Office (114 North Hanover Street, Carlisle): November 10–13 and November 18–20, 2025
Public Family Housing Office (60 West Penn Street, Carlisle): November 10–13 and November 20, 2025

During these closure periods, staff will have limited access to email and phone communications. We encourage partners and clients to use the drop box at each building for any documents that need to be submitted. Staff will respond to phone calls and emails as soon as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these important upgrades. This transition represents an exciting new chapter that will help us serve our clients and community partners more efficiently and effectively.
