NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: ESG PY24

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 1:00PM, the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania will hold a virtual meeting to solicit input on the application for Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) prior to the presentation to the County of Commissioners and submissions to PA Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED).

Notice of open application posted in July with a letter of intent due by August 2, 2024. Those who submitted a letter have requested a total of $480,093.79 in Street Outreach, Homelessness Prevention, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, HMIS and Admin Cost.

The virtual Community Needs hearing will be conducted by the Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority via zoom. Final presentation of the application and vote will be done at the Board of Commissioners’ Meeting on August 29, 2024 at 9:30AM in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 1 Court House Sq., Second Floor, Carlisle PA, 17013.
