Notice of Substantial Amendment: Cumberland County CDBG

This notice shall satisfy all procedural requirements for activities funded by Cumberland County’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

CDBG Activities to be Reprogrammed:

YWCA After the Bell Homework Help Club – Reopening
1. PY21 activity will be reopened and given additional funds, extending the timeline to cover additional time period during which the Subrecipient remains in control of CDBG funds.
Shopsteading/Streetview Programs – Repurposed Funds
1. Previous unexpended Shopsteading funds and ongoing loan payments will be repurposed for Streetview Grants due to the cancellation of the County Shopsteading Program.

The public has a 30-day comment period beginning Thursday, August 22^st, 2024 and ending on
Monday, September 23^rd, to comment on the proposed changes. Comments may be in writing or by telephone. The Redevelopment Authority will accept written comments addressed to Mikayla Kitchen at 114 N. Hanover St. Carlisle, PA 17013.
