The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities offer several RFPs and RFQs to local contractors in areas such as construction and rehabilitation, professional services, housing inspection, and more. All items follow local and federal law and requirements, and contractors must do so as well.

RFP – Acquisition of 91 Beaver Avenue
Invitation to Bid – Office Remodel & Reconfiguration
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Cumberland is looking for a contractor to remodel and reconfigure office space at 114 N. Hanover St. Carlisle. Bid Packets are available by contacting William Flannery at wflannery@cchra.com or by visiting www.cchra.com.
Bids will be accepted at the Redevelopment Authority Office no later than 10:00 a.m.,
