Managing properties in both Cumberland and Perry Counties, our apartment facilities provide quality, affordable housing options for residents. Some are located in downtowns—such as the Molly Pitcher in Carlisle, convenient to shopping and services—while others are nestled in more rural settings, like Sherman’s Valley in Newville. All allow their tenants to feel at home.
In Cumberland County, the Authorities manage over 500 units of affordable housing for eligible families, seniors, and individuals who are disabled, and 44 units of senior housing in Perry County. These units are funded through public housing, USDA Rural Development, low-income housing tax credits, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 8 project-based programs.
