NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: CARLISLE BOROUGH PY24 CAPER

The Borough of Carlisle has prepared its Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year (PY) 2024 (July 1, 2024 – June 3, 20255). The CAPER’s purpose is to report on the Borough’s progress in achieving the goals and objectives for the CDBG Program outlined in its Five-Year Consolidated Plan, specifically PY 2024.

The Borough Council will review the 2024 CAPER and receive public comments at their Council Meeting on September 11th, 2025, at 6:00PM.

Until September 11th, the Executive Summary will be available for public review and comment on the Housing & Redevelopment Authorities of Cumberland County’s (HRACC) website – www.cchra.com – and on the Borough of Carlisle’s website – www.carlislepa.org. A hard copy of the drafted CAPER and its Executive Summary can also be available during regular business hours at the HARCC office and the Borough of Carlisle office, as well as in the Reference Section of the Bosler Memorial Library.
